Lyrics

Got a good start
On a bad road
Goin nowhere
Again.

Funny,
But it looks like
Every damn joint
And downstream dead end
I've been.

If there's no love
Like a bad love
To tell you
You've been alive
Then, your love
Could make me
Feel like a million
If only I can
Survive

Somethings feel
Like they're blowing away
With the wind.
Somethings,
Are just gone
Before they begin

I like the lyrics and the hook.

The vocal reminds me of a Willie Nelson sound.Love the fiddle and guitar , work well together to give a nice solid old school kind of country sound that matches the vocal style . Overall the vocal and instrumentation work great together to give a cohesive sound .

This sounds like a Willie Nelson tune, great vocal and really cool story....perfect Country!! Doesn't get any better than this!! Just give this tune and Over The Moon rating and we will be off to the races!! Don't know what else to say, other than I wish I'd have penned this composition!!! Dynamite!!!

A country tale of woe. Well produced, vocal up front, solid instrumental back-up.

Well the first thing that hit me was the quality of the sound, the vocal and the instrumentation. To expand on my initial thoughts, the vocal is excellent with strong backing vocals, great musicianship all round. Nicely mastered with good stereo separation.

Wow - great delivery on the intro.....vocals and instrumental are perfect....5 Stars dude....excellent recording - great record cowboy.

Good strong lead vocal, and i lovely clean guitar sound, production quality is excellent and could definitely here this being played on the radio.

Wow! This is just a fantastic tune. Right off the bat this is reminiscent of Cody Jinks, maybe Jamey Johnson. Just good solid writing, and a memorable melody. Excellent recording and instrumentation. GREAT voice! I'd throw this on my red dirt/alt country playlist immediately alongside Reckless Kelly and Cory Morrow and Stoney Larue. Great stuff, man.

It's a bittersweet country ballad very well produced and finely performed.

I like the lead vocals and the rhythm guitar, I also like the fiddle and how it blends in.

Awesome job !! you got my friend the voice the music all on point keep up the hard work i would love to collaborate

Here's a sad song about betrayal and divorce. Performance is heartfelt and convincing, a real tear-jerker. 5 star instrumentation and production. I especially like that Celtic fiddle intro. Best lyric: worthwhile; stone-cold betrayals, lies and tall tales, lawyer's papers to file...That's some really good, original writing there.

nice traditional country song. great beginning. sounds a little like willie. like the soundshape on the drumset tasty guitar licks great mix, very tight
