This is fun. The voice has me thinking Randy Newman and I really like some of the lyrics. I did enjoy this - the standout line is 'lately my angel's been flying round in circles' although some of the lyrics were lost to production. I like the instrumentation you've chosen and the players are good. Definitely good stuff!

Great "vibe" to this song. You kept the recording appropriately "simple"; you didn't over-produce it. The whole mix was spot on; instrument to instrument and vocal to instrument. You "jumped" right into the tune. Nice back-up vocal. Tasty guitar playing and embellishments, just the right effect used.
Love the groove through out the song, keeps driving in a medium pace. The easy drum hits, are a delight. Vocals work well together, good job.

This reminds me of Steeley Dan. I can hear a little jazz, rock, country...I can hear a mixture of several genres in this piece. It flows very well and the vocal harmonies are really good. Orchestration is pretty good. Overall good job.
Looking for a cool southern blues groove? Here it is. I love the raspy voices; they give the track authenticity and a really organic/acoustic sound. These guys know how to sing and play blues. The instrumentation is honky tonk fun and just tight enough, just loose enough to be cool. Love the outro. Keys made me smile!

This song has a great ragtime feel, like a cross between Irving Berlin and In The Summertime, this is a great feelgood sounding track, There are some Howling Wolf cries thrown in for good measure. This artist has a great grasp of this folk/blues feel, and deserves to be heard. I only hope there is a market for it still.
