Story Behind The Song

Gorby's friend and fellow Rollins College alumn, Brandon Keller, encouraged Gorby to write something for which Brandon could take back to Rollins and perform. Gorby set out to write a perfect smooth jazz tune. This was in the spring of 2002.

Song Description

An instrumental piece by Gorby and conceived originally for the tenor sax. Gorby decided to record it himself on Rhodes piano, found a talented drummer and recorded the song in the I-O music studio with Alexander Sonntag as bass player recording engineer and producer.
