Elizondo Wind

Story Behind The Song

I heard this guy named Marcus Elizondo play a live acoustic show in a little town called Lafayette,Louisiana in a place called Bailey's on Johnston Street. His sound was the best I had ever heard "Live" and from that moment on inspired me to become a profesional acoustic solo act. This song is about remembering that point in time that brought me down this road as an acoustic solo performer.

Lyrics

Here I am alone again
That's the way we come into this world
Farmiler song takes me back
Like a time machine in my mind
I can feel your pain as your fingers fly across those strings

One man one guitar six strings
Elizondo coming back again remembering
He played guitar at a resturant bar
I sat in
As a one man band he'll roam the land Giging

And I do feel the same
As my fingers fly across those strings

Nothing like
One man one guitar six stings
Elizondo wind coming back again Remembering
I play guitar at a local bar just singing
As a one man band I roam the land Giging

They do feel the same
As our fingers fly across those strings

Here I am alone again
