Song Description

The eternal question of someone asking for a person to just believe in them, trust them.

Story Behind the Song

Throughout my life I have been in a position of asking people to believe in me. Some people perceive this song to be religious in nature. It was not written with that intent but it just might be.

Broadjam Member Reviews

I like the start of this song. nice background harmony! reminds me of some 70's music (carpenters)

    - Patrick E. Muth/Catnip Pat

Good effort. Has a cross over feel of pop/county about it. Very good arrangement and production quality.

Lyrics

Believe in Me, Believe in me
Even though I don't deserve from the side you see
Just take my hand, there is a master plan
And though I've gone away, I'm back to make a stand
Believe in me,
Believe in me, someday they all will see
For the key to understanding is inside
Believe in me, Through all this mystery
And though something deep inside us cries, it sets us free
Believe in me,
There is no blame, never shame in a love affair
For where loving ends, love begins
We are far beyond, whatever dreams perceive
Much farther than forever, that you'll see
Through the pain we've known, Somehow we both have grown
A tapestry with never ending love is sewn
Believe in me, believe in me, believe in me.
