Story Behind The Song

"collide" is the first released single from The Head of a Girl's debut album, "This place is really nowhere.". The music for "collide" was written and produced by Glenn A. Dehmer in the 8 TRAX Sound studio in Las Vegas prior to any lyrics being thought of. Once Glenn got into Studio 11 (Chicago) with The Head of a Girl's players, Meghan Benson (lead vox on collide) and Jim Marcus (gofight and Die Warzau), magic occurred. The song lyrics were written by both Meghan and Jim and recorded that same night. The collaboration was nothing short of amazing!
