This may come across as a male-female debate; actually, I wrote this after a very polite suggestion I made to a musician during a rehearsal and I was told, "You're the girl, I don't care what you did in your old rock band, but in my band, girls don't talk back." Those of you who "know" me can pretty much guess that gig lasted...well, not very long!
