Jeff Gold creates imagery through music, images that are restorative and uplifting. His soothing instrumental music will revive and refresh you like a long walk on a perfect beach.

Jeff's latest release, "Escapes - Music for Relaxing",is one full hour of tranquil melodies ideal for creative inspiration, massage, yoga, scenic drives or just winding down.

The "Live Well Series", produced by Jeff and Certified hypnotherapist Janet Montgomery, uses music and guided imagery to teach people the skills they need to deal with stress, public speaking, testing, sleep, confidence and romance. Jeff composes and performs the rhythmic and meditative music that enables you to truly relax and enjoy Janet's message.

Jeff records, mixes and edits all of The Live Well Series titles as well as his music on his Pro Tools LE 8.0 system.

He composed the music and performs the guitar, keyboards and the other musical tracks. He has also been a video online editor/compositor on many TV shows including Baywatch, MTV's Making The Video, MADtv and most recently, NBC's The Office.
