Hey Dave!
Thanks for reviewing my song "You're Just 18". Your review is a great model of how a review should be--constuctive while encouraging. I agree with your critiques to make it better, just can't afford a full band...some day though. Thanks for your comments about the bridge, I contemplated long and hard to write one, and ultimately decided against. This song was written from personal experience with my daughter. May not be "marketable", but hopefully depicts a relatable experience of a dad waiting up for his daughter.

I am but a simple songwriter. I write the lyrics, melody, and progressions.
Jason Wyatt plays and sings--he's great!

Really appreciate your review.
I am looking forward to checking out your music (sitting in an airport right now...)

So we meet again, Matthew. Thanks for your comments and review of "Praise Be The Light". I'm so glad you got to hear it as you are a Pastor. It's not my usual subject matter. I wrote it in one take , a special moment for me, it just came out after overhearing my daughter talk to her Pastor.
.
I also checked out some of Jason's songs. He is a truly talented musician. Peace, Dave
