Litost is a Prog Rock trio consisting of Joe Laramore, John Rackowski, and Matt Smith. Founded in 2012, we have released two singles, three EPs, and four LPs. All members of Litost are multi-instrumentalists and we have written, recorded, produced, and engineer every song since our inception at our home studios in Wisconsin & Nevada.

We pride ourselves on writing music for us, as opposed to trying to write what we think people will like. This ensures that the music comes from our hearts, and is an authentic representation of what we felt in the moments we wrote & recorded our songs.

Since 2019, we have alternated between releasing full-length original albums with cover EPs. We are currently working on the follow ups to both the "Reflections" album (originals, 2022) and "Projections: The 60s" (covers, 2022).

Hey man, thank you for the 5 star ratings for the 2 songs. Thank you much!
Question for you. Did you yourself do the video for White Rabbit? I ask because I have a song that I've been wanting to make a video for that would use that kind of animation to tell the story. I've been wanting to do it for years for that song. I just didn't know where to begin or who to ask about it.

No, we connected with an artist on Fiverr named "whitecashvisual" to make the video. It was a really good experience and we provided him with a storyboard of the scenes we wanted in the video.

Yah yah, I have used Fiverr on several occasions with results ranging from Satisfied to Very Satisfied. I was only Totally Unsatisfied once, maybe twice out of 12-15 uses. The majority being instrument and recording related and a couple of graphic design ones for various logos etc, but never anything to do with video.

Are you satisfied with the work this person did? Are his prices fair? Does he offer to correct things you may not like, etc etc..... Hope you don't mind me asking!

Yeah I think his price was fair for what we got. We did either 1 or 2 revisions on it, so we were able to further hone in our vision for the video. He ran about a week or two late, but we didn't really mind because we had the EP release date planned far enough out to accommodate for any delays.

Thanks for the kind words and score on "Storm Of Days". I appreciate you listening to this piece. It was a song that was licensed into the TV show "The Walking Dead" amongst other opportunities. Thanks again!
