Paul's latest project has him teamed up with none other than Philadelphia all stars Brian and Scott Bricklin. (Bricklin, A&M Records; Martin’s Dam, Sire/Hybrid Records; 4-Way Street, Santuary Records)

The results have been worth the wait. With the soul of Van Morrison, the blue collar emotion of Springsteen and the sincerity of U2, Kleinert delivers what has been described by some as a thinking man’s pop. There is no flash, no pretentiousness…just simple honest songs, tastefully spinning a tale about love and loss. Spend a few minutes and you’ll get the sense that there is something pure and comforting going on here, sort of like catching up with an old friend.

“Romanticism meets reality check meets catchy American guitar pop.” The Splatter Effect

“…music that is passionate, intelligent, spontaneous and fun.” Reading Eagle

“Passionate vocals are carried along through tight, guitar charged songs, creating a blend of intelligent rock that intrigues it’s listeners..."

Seeking Musicians

I'm looking for a group of players interested in a part time original project...a couple shows a month...writing/maybe some recording depending who i can get...

drum...tight, "in the pocket" player...simple three or four piece kit
guitar...tasteful, roots/rock/country vibe perhaps...
bass...acoustic or standup
other instrumentation...keys/accordion/cello/violin...something else a little extra for flavor

I had your album when you were with Waiting for Rain. Unfortunately I loaned it to a friend who moved away, and I've been looking for your album ever since. It was the one with "The Way It Goes" and "Candy Apple Red". Is there anyway I could download it or buy a copy?
