I try to, but sometimes its best to tell the story inside the music itself, leave room for interpretation. You see, if you make a sad song, and leave that "reason for being" line empty? Anyone who's sad over any reason can enjoy it and apply it to their life. If you state clearly your sad song is about the cancelation of your favourite TV show? Then less people will gravitate to it or even check it out. Funny how that works.... Its the same song. Vi

Everything I submit is rejected for 'sound quality.' Lyrics and story line are not bad, but quality is lacking I believe due to old equipment or not knowing how to produce quality sound. Can you help?

20 songs on my site. Would have to re-do most of them. I see you are in Australia, so that would not work. The songs were done at a friend's home studio. He has the original masters tapes. He is out of business now. I might can reach him.

Heh brother, I really thank you for stopping in to experience my work, it warms my heart. Yes... There are so many ways to present sound. I always tend to chose the path less traveled. It's literally a curse I live by some weeks. I'll say this... Some of my idols growing up? I had to read the lyrics. It was half the fun... Only thing that mattered was the music was good. If it was good? Even if I couldn't understand the lyrics... Repeat. Cheers:) N

I agree your thoughts. I just received a review with poor scores , etc. but I found out today same song was licensed and placed in a movie about Frank Sinatra. (only vocal song in the movie NOT sung by Frank )
