Mr. Hank, This is one of the finest songs I've ever heard. I'm 73 years old, been a musician and writer/singer most of my life; traditional country, gospel, bluegrass. I love every bit, the lyrics, vocals, harmony, instruments, etc. My only suggestion is that you could have been closer to the mic and the lyrics would be clearer and easier to understand. I wish I had wrote this! I am now a member of Broadjam, but am feeling my way around. I'd like you to listen to some of my stuff to get your opinion. I really like your style, writing and singing. The original was during the 2010 6-pack. It did not do well. The current version was done in 2012. The new one will be out fairly soon (I hope). I will let you know. Tell Tony I miss him. Hank

Likewise, my most successful song to date, in all other respects, (Photographs, Mem’ries and Ruby Red Wine) is currently averaging 1.90 in the 6-pack. I only entered it to try and push me up the leader board, so I failed there.

Sad, Yes. Great? Maybe. The tale is all to familiar to waaaay too many people. Yes, Ron is fabulous, I may never use another male singer again, unless the song really calls for. He just 'fixed' a word for me in Johnson's farm. He was doing another project and had the engineer listen to it. They advise me that I had placed the vocals just a hair to early. How nice is that??
