Hi Highsmith, really appreciate your five stars for my, "One Night Stand". Thanks! I was delighted that it won the song of the month in November. Had a listen to a couple of your songs. Touching song, "One Fine Day". Great to h@ve a video for your songs also. I have only used stills for my video attempts. Where would I get movies free to use? Cheers, Jim
Hi there Thanks for the kind comments We use free video clips from pixabay most of the time but I tend to green screen them one over another using different clips in iMovie and flip them round with black and white or comic versions of the same clip. For lyric videos I often use keynote which is apple version of PowerPoint and mix keynote with iMovie plain backgrounds or videos. All depends how complicated you want them! We are proud and pleased to have recently been asked to remix another tune for the Coreys in California.. thus time the challenge was to turn a country tune into a dance track. We decided to go for broke and push boundaries a bit and we are thrilled with the final version approved and available on the Coreys broadjam page. We are also proud of the video we produced for the track( the original and amended versions.. Long story!). Check the video for Mystery Train below...based on silent movies from the 1920's..

Ha, just reviewed another one of yours Farm Funk, didn't know it was you, I should have listened to more of yours. I mean that's great, you're clearly on top of the music and could make a living there, but for me with the first one I reviewed, the one I'm hearing something different so I'd encourage you to keep going that way and find your own sound. (With vocals ;)
we are really a three piece indie band writing our own material, with Jill on vocals. This electronic music on Broadjam is a side project we started in January to make instrumental music which we could pitch to tv films etc, once the songs were produced by us we thought some of the tracks were possible chart worthy contenders and do have vocals. We have thought of getting an artist to front the project. We have been blown away by the comments and we put the stuff out for comment on Broadjam to see what the people in the industry thought of it, and we really appreciate your comments and suggestions and we fully agree with you on all you have said, we would consider other people using our music for free if they have an appropriate singer that we approve of as long as we get song writing credit but again we thank you for your time and very gracious comments. Our music the running for several industry projects and we have already successful placement of instrumentals since we started in January....
