Listening to lots of new music, lots of world music! Mostly I've been using music in the apps that I build for kids. It's a long way from the hip hop I do typically, but it's fun too!

It's easier when you know what type of scale you are working with track wise, if it's major scale, minor scale, pentatonic scale, once you know that
i no C, C#, and D scale so far

Did you play that out and put effects on it or it was already like that?
It was a preprogrammed sound I manipulated to play different. Two of the sounds on that track I manipulated,the rest is all hand played.
