After coming back and listening to this song again I've changed my mind I do have something positive to say I listened again and given the fact the song was made in the 80's I'd say it was a perfect song for that era from the horns to the melody and the vocals we're definitely recorded well very smooth. My review was based off my assumption that this song was done recently they don't give you a date or bio so I can only go off of my ear. Like I said my first review was off base and this song should of gotten at least 4 stars. Thanks for Letting me know about the song background and have a good day.

Hi thank you for your review of my song Creepin the music was done in 2001 and the vocals didn't make their way on until 2008 the original music was mixed but never mastered and the artist who is a amateur engineer later the vocals and gave it a shot mastering it. It is muddy and every time I hear it I hear exactly what you do lol I tried to get him to send me the vocals so I could have the song mixed and mastered but he lost his files and moved away. I posted the song because people always tell me it's a nice song and the beat is hard even with the outdated sounds lol Thanks again for the critique it's very helpful and appreciated

Hey thanks for the review I can appreciate an independent ear when it comes to my music. The track was done in 2001 and the vocals were done in 2011 it's a pretty rough cut compared to my other stuff. The artist took the track as a whole and just rhymed over it I don't even think he thought to make it a full song. He basically gave it back to me this way. I wanted to get his vocal and use it as a reference for when I mix and master it but we never got the chance he had a mental breakdown but before he did he wrote this song. I posted it because even with the imperfections it still knocks hard and everyone seems to like it but to your last critique about the N word I wouldn't have went that route either but I didn't write it. Thanks again for your review people don't usually go into detail when critiquing so it's appreciated. âœ"ðŸ¿ðŸ’¯

thank you for the review on Its Rabies I didn't know it was in the que for review. That song was written for my nephew for a class project about Rabies. And it would def need to be rerecorded so it is understandable. I thought Simone did a great job and so did the engineer at that time!!!

I'm 47 I've been creating music since the late eighties I listen to all music because it expands my awareness to what's out there. I produced this song in 2001 the vocals weren't added until 2007 the artist on this track is a great lyricist and just like any other form of expression if you can't relate to it you won't understand. I say that because blues is a similar form of expression meaning you don't always know what your gonna do when you sit down to do it. My music is not modern day hip hop it's actually staying true to the foundations of what hip hop was built on. Thanks again
