Andrew Chalamanda is a talented gospel musician and also a challenging composer. He hails from Malawi which is in Southern Africa and has 2 albums to his credit.His first album had one of its songs hit the top ten in his native country Malawi's charts like'umadutsa mphepete' which was a hit song in 2001.

His music is mostly afro beat blended with some western genres, especially some elements of reggae. His current project which is entitled Ndifanane Nanu has ten tracks, eight done in Chewa language and two in Enlgish.
