When I was 14 years old I started my career as a singer and guitar player within a framework of my confirmation classes in Germany. The first songs I played were by the Beatles for instance “Girl” and of course we’ve played a lot of Christian songs like “We shall overcome” etc.. Our Reverend had been very enthusiastic about my talents and he suggested me to play with several others for the parish in church on Sunday. And so did I. It had been great success and we did it even more often. At the same time I gained my first fans and suddenly everyone wanted me playing on his party.
I became a solo entertainer, you could call me a living music-box. I’ve had lots of fun and I did it for many years ´til I left, what you would call, the high- school (even successfully!). They forced me to go the army for 1 ½ year. Again I had to play like a music-box for my comrades but it wasn’t fun any longer . Because I hated everything of the army and my musicians talents were gone to waste. After that
