Marashino is fastly becoming one of the leading rock bands in U.S. Accomplishments for the band include their third consecutive year performing at Summerfest (the world’s largest music festival) and winning the Milwaukee Finals of The Emergenza International Music Festival. People all over the country are taking notice of this talented rock band, From touring the southern States, to opening for acts such as Collective Soul, Chevelle, and Seether. They were featured in MKE Magazine in January 2005 and receive weekly airplay on several stations nationwide. The five members of Marashino have been making music since they could hold instruments .The quintet has been unstoppable since. They've released two EP’s and recorded several other tracks. Time and again Marashino stands out - even next to the biggest national acts today. They have earned the respect and friendship from many in the industry and it is easy to see why: Marashino is amazing on big stages and small. Proof? This Milwaukee based band was chosen to play Summerfest, the world's largest music festival, in 2003 and have every year since. Marashino has shared the stage with groups like Seether, Chevelle, and Lovehammers. They also performed alongside Collective Soul at The Rave in Milwaukee, appeared at Harley's 100th Anniversary Celebration, Rock the Vote, and won Milwaukee's first Emergenza competition. 2006 included touring Florida and Mississippi as well as headlining at A Taste of Summer Festival, and North Avenue's Annual Block Party: Summer Soulstice. This band rocks and Crossfade agrees! They personally invited Marashino to join them at The Wisconsin State Fair with Shinedown on August 5th.
