Ladybear are a London based rock band which started in late 2006, comprising of like minded artists who wanted to create music which has the hard and exciting elements of modern rock without compromising emotional content.

Co songwriter: Amy Nicholls has grown up with a strong musical family. Her Brother Morgan Nicholls is currently playing with Muse and has previously played with The Gorillas, The Streets and Senseless Things. Her father Billy Nicholls has been a successful singer/songwriter for over thirty years and has worked with artists such as The Who and The Small Faces amongst many others.

Amy's collaboration with Louis Matthews sparked an untapped energy which has grown ceaselessly to this day. They teamed up with producer and drummer John Martin, in 2006 and in 2009 successfully released their debut album 'Catch 22' with Southwest records. Their follow up album 'Lawless town' is currently being recorded and will be released in 2012. Look out for gigs in Autumn 2
