As her album title says, Bonnie is “In the Middle of Life.” Like the generation with whom she shook the world in the sixties, she has no less passion today than she did then. Sometimes with humor, sometimes with a tear, her songs speak to the love, passion, frustration and irony of life later on.

Meadow trained as a classical guitarist, lutenist and vocalist, but left her more formal compositions and performances behind her when she let the music she’d listened to all her life take the reins. Now singing standards and her own tunes, she has charted her own course and is bringing the Baby Boomers with her.
