I played drums and sang professionally for over 20 years, across the Midwest, Florida and The Caribbean in bands ranging from Rock to Country to Funk/R&B. Because of that stylistic variety, my songwriting reflects a cross-genre approach, never as a sound-alike but always paying homage to the greats who came before. These days I concentrate on songwriting, recording, and singing lead and background vocals. I also feature guest female lead vocalists when the song calls for it. The constant themes in my music are melody, harmonies, and finding unexpected chord progression or timing pattern that set my songs apart. My favorite instrument has always been guitar, so expect some pyrotechnics and exceptional picking when listening, thanks to the world-class studio players who appear with me.

Thank you for your review of our song all I've ever known.

Bob. I'm sorry. I've reviewed another one of yours because I didn't recognize you. Thought you were all country. Totally different style, if I'd known it was you I'd have dropped out. You must be sick of me. All yours are coming up for review. You're a very accomplished guitarist I feel hardly worthy to review but despite not having so much talent I've a decent ear I think. Hope you take my comments as intended, cheers

Thanks for the review and comments on "Speed of Life". Drums are not my strong suit.......I agree with your assessment. I'll get back to this tune sometime and heed your suggestions. Would be great to be able to afford to record in a real studio with studio musicians......but.......
