Thanks to his angsty, edgy modern rock anthem “Twentysomething,” Florida based singer-songwriter, Yoni, is boldly giving voice to the frustration of his peers, ambitious and restless college grads, eager to conquer the world but running into roadblocks and hairpin curves along the way.
“‘Twentysomething’ is about that transition between fun college experiences and the realization that it’s time to face the real world,” explains Yoni. The track, featured on his upcoming album "Extra Credit," was licensed by MTV for their shows "Real World" and "Road Rules," and requested for use by the Oxygen Network’s "Bad Girls" Club and PBS’ "Road Trip Nation."
The songs of "Extra Credit" have helped Yoni build a passionate following as heÂ’s performed at venues throughout South Florida. With the release of "Extra Credit," Yoni plans to expand his touring into the Southeast region while the album is being promoted to college and community radio stations nationwide.
