I received my bachelor’s degree in music education with a major in voice and piano, Within months after graduation,I was offered and accepted a position with a transient musical group that traveled throughout the entire United States (including Hawaii) and Canada. As I performed with countless musicians across the country, I gradually developed my own vocal stylings and keyboard expressions. Between performances, as we traveled from state to state, I spent my time writing songs, and kept them for future reference. As my musical ability evolved, I gradually became increasingly independent, and my show eventually turned solo. My ability to easily market my show in my choice of venues lead me to “cream of the crop” venues such as The Virgin Islands, and my own songs were well received. I have recorded two CD’s, “soulmate” and “Blind Faith” and have developed my own website (http://www.reneeinparadise.com).
