O Lord, Youre My Refuge

Whether we live in Monongahela, PA USA or Mizan Tefri, Ethiopia, we are blessed to live in a place of safety, our refuge, by our God and Savior Jesus Christ. There are scenes of the First Presbyterian Youth Choir of Monongahela performing this African style music as well as scenes of their sister church, Mizan Bethel Mekane Yesus Congregation, Mizan Tefri, Ethiopia. Each church sent each other musical instruments, from keyboards to hand made African guitars. Yeri is the word for God in their Ethiopian Bench language, heard in the beginning and end of the song. The lyrics are from the scriptures, Psalm 57, 91 and 23. No matter where you live on this earth, the Lord is our refuge.
