All I Need
|
|
All this track needs is to take it to Abbey Road and put a real Paul Buckmaster Orchestra on it!
The band hits the groove and level of intensity from the jump.
Man! What and incredibly honest, soulful, raw, vulnerable vocal that is so on the edge! The verses are relentless, great setups for the chorus and the bridges just take off and put this track right over the top. I applaud this artist for taking risks. You can simultaneously feel his pain and ecstasy. A New Awlins’piano, a Keltneresque fat groove made me want to play this track over and over again. Loved the drum sound and the guitar solo was killer and so sets up the last bridge to take you home. These ingredients make you love the song and run out and buy this record. Excellent song for a movie soundtrack.
This track is off the hook! MF 12/30/03
