All of the music on this site was performed, produced, and engineered by Todd M. Smith. Todd has recently added fiddle to his arsenal of guitar, bass, drums, keys, and programming skills, and he is very capable of composing in all styles, including contemporary rock/pop, folk, blues, jazz, classical, and more. He is also a Berklee-trained arranger/producer, and is available as a session musician, vocalist, and voice-over talent.

Todd M. Smith

After graduating from the University of Miami with a non-musical degree, Todd M. Smith returned to his home in Vermont to further devote himself to his musical passions. He worked at developing a songwriting style of his own, and In 1996 was invited to perform at the NEMO convention in Boston. One of Todd's compositions was also included on the NEMO promotional CD, alongside Marcy Playground's "Sex and Candy." Largely due to his declining vision, he moved to Boston in 1998 and subsequently attended and graduated from the Berklee College of Music. From 2004-5 he was the music director, guitarist, and vocalist for a rock 'n soul review. From 2005-6 he was involved in an original world-folk-pop project, which brought him to Northern Ireland and a chance to meet and jam with Henry McCullough, sideman for Joe Cocker and first lead guitar player for Paul McCartney's Wings. Over the next few years he worked as a guitarist/producer for local singer/songwriters, as well as working on his own original material. In 2009 he joined the band Starr Faithfull (featuring local legend Jodee Frawlee) on keys, guitar, and backing vocals. With SF Todd opened for the Edgar Winter Group and Extreme. In January 2010 Todd landed a very rewarding job with the Perkins School for the Blind, working in the recording studio of their Talking Book Library. The mostly self-taught multi-instrumentalist is proficient on guitar, bass, drums, and keys, is learning the fiddle, and is available for lessons if you live in the Boston area.
