Tidy Kid
Tidy Kid is a fictional musical character, conceptualized to help push innovative musical experimentations, in the hope for a new outlook and philosophy on life and the brain's relationship with ones spirit. In other words, concept driven sound projects, which urge your view's to push through modern trends. I guess you could say its Electronica......
Apart from a variety of collaboration tracks and full length collaboration albums, Tidy Kid has so far released 2 ep's. These are purely concept ep's which reflect project rules and restraints. The 1st EP released in September 2006, titled, "People Sit In Cars" is a collection of short audio pieces, constructed on top of vocal + single accompaniment, improvised one takers, with layers of electro , nylon 5 string guitars, object sounds, vocal harmony's and real drum sounds manipulated and hand placed, to suit each piece. The 2nd EP is a quite alike, but has more of a displaced feel. The composer wants to break free but is content enough to let it be for just that bit longer. For the next Album project, some restraints will be lifted, but a heavier contrast of sounds will be placed on the artist, to help push through yet another variety of barriers. To loose one self to find one self.
Sheezy Verse Tidy Kid
With several successful mixtapes under his belt, Sheezy has already gained his reputation as one of the hardest working independent artists today.
His new album “Money Face” is produced by New York’s producer/artist Tidy Kid, who collaborates with Sheezy on this epic Album.
Though this is a Hip-Hop album, it is important to point out that Tidy Kid's exceptional work on the beats has put Sheezy at a cross genre between experimental and rap music.
Sheezy Vs Tidy Kid is a movement to brake down the barrier between experimental and rap music, as this album proves to do just that.
Currently Sheezy is also working with other artists around the world, and has also featured on Nolia Boy’s new single “Stick em” out in March 2006.
Sheezy remains on Tidy Kid Records but plans to sign to his dream label Cash Money Records in the near future.
