Bio

When songwriters Rich and Flo Newman decided to venture from home to record their music, TagYerit was born.
The studio is as far as they have ventured though. To date (2002) they have succesfully recorded 2 CDs without ever stepping on stage. (That is unless you count college coffeehouses in the early 70's (i.e. last century).
Among the milestones of the band has been editors pick in Guitar Player Magazine for 1996 ... winner of the Valley Advocate readers poll for best progressive / experimental band. The songs of TagYerit are a reflection on Rich and Flo's slightly skewed vision of the world. Flo multi tracks on her custom carved rabbit-shaped guitar.
Life is too short to take too seriously. But sometimes life GETS serious and TagYerit covers that too.
