As a kid, I was in constant motion. Climbing trees, playing basketball, baseball, riding horses, trampoline, diving, body surfing; I simply couldn't get enough. One day I learned 3 chords on a guitar and found all that energy focused on writing a song. I'm still focused.

I spent 28 years in the music industry working for a major label. I've had the privilege to write with great writers, produced with great musicians & artists in amazing studios in LA, New York and Nashville.

Today I run a very different and successful full-service music company called SONGSINC (a long time dream of mine) with several major music industry partners. Our achieved goal is the creation of more songs through worldwide collaboration which compensates our Members.

It's been a great ride that always brings me to one conclusion:

In doing what I love with faith, desire, and hard work, the outcome always is what it should be.

Hi Andrea, Nice job on Don't Worry, I Know.

Thanks Brian. It was my first co-write with Michael
Garvin (he's had over 400 cuts, and once was Nashville's Songwriter Of The Year) mother-in-law was very ill and I told my husband I was going to cancel my flight into Nashville for the co-write to stay with him, but he insisted I go. On the plane, I wrote the song, from my husband's point of view within things we talked about and feelings he shared. I took that song to Michael, who loved it, and the finished demo is what you hear. I know in my heart it was meant to be written, and that song is maybe the greatest gift I've ever been able to give my husband. Life wrote it...but life always writes the good songs...

How touching, Andrea. I went back and read the lyrics. I see now that some of my constructive comments were unfounded. The hook does tie in with the verses. It was hard for me to follow without the lyrics in front of me. My apologies. This must have been difficult to write. Beautiful.
