Story Behind The Song

This song was inspired by a long haul truck driver. He loved driving the big eighteen wheelers and the freedom of being on the road with no day-to-day family responsibility. The truck provided an instrument of power and a get out of jail free pass from home.

Song Description

"Peterbilt Man," illustrates what it's like to be a long haul truck driver. The big rig thunders down the highway and the driver is anxious to meet his deadline. Facing many road hazards, he still tries to remain cool and enjoy the various amenities of this profession.
