I have composed a few songs before, but this was the first song which I had a different aspect from the beginning. I had never written a song based on the lyrics. In this song I first composed the leading melody for the verse and chorus. After that I came

This song is about breaking up a relationship. Melody is a bit melancholy but one can also find parts which are hopefull and encouraging. The riff guitars also grooves the overall impression to more energetic.
