Story Behind The Song
I wanted to write a happy instrumental in a smooth Latin groove that would work as a theme, smooth jazz hit, or party tune, and I believe that "Mambeau" corners all of these ideas.
Song Description
Short 2/2 samba sample with melody on vibraphone, followed by a small solo section on acoustic piano. A great tune for jazz artists to solo over and get a party moving ala Spyro Gyra.
