Story Behind The Song
This was inspired by the writer's loss of a loved one.
Song Description
The song acknowledges how hard it is when a lover has left. Time goes by slowly, and we want to believe that we're fine because we still go about our day-to-day life. However, no matter how much we want to deny the impact of that person and how much we still love them, it's still painful. The song, however, show hope for the return of the lover and a brighter future ahead.

Lyrics
You were my world
But now you?re gone
Time heals all wounds they say
They tell me I should move on
It?s not the same here, honey, since you left
And it?s been so hard to convince myself
That you don?t don?t don?t make that much difference to me
And it?s not like you bring me the air that I breathe
But I don?t know who I?m trying to deceive
Cause I don?t know if my heart will believe
That you don?t make that much difference to me
My days go by
They feel like years
Sometimes I try to smile
Somehow it comes out as tears
I don?t know what do or tell myself
Somebody help me, please, to sell it to myself
That you don?t don?t don?t make that much difference to me
And it?s not like you bring me the air that I breathe
But I don?t know who I?m trying to deceive
Cause I don?t know if my heart will believe
That you don?t make that much difference to me
Someday this pain will go away
Someday, ohh
Someday you might come back to stay
Til then, baby, it?s easier to say
That you don?t don?t don?t make that much difference to me
And it?s not like you bring me the air that I breathe
But I don?t know who I?m trying to deceive
Cause I don?t know if my heart will believe
That you don?t make that much difference to me
