For the radio, you may want to tweak the arrangement a bit. It might mean losing some lyrics but that's the craft of the art. I believe there may have been more than one instrumental break. This is a beautiful song!! It reminds me of the great stuff I listened to in the 70's, my favorite era. I don't know if it has commercial appeal to day, but I struggle with what flies these days. The vocal performance and tone is beautiful, and the lyrics are deep and creative.

Love the chord progression change in the B parts as a device to enhance the description of, and your feelings surrounding the Christmas memory/the hangover on Valentines Day/the forgotten birthday. Vocals fit the mood of the song. Lyrically you captured my attention from the first line on and made me want to hear where you were taking the story.
