The lyric was difficult to understand. Some lines were crystal clear, but the hook/title (I'm assuming the title) was almost impossible to decipher until right near the end. I hear a really great vocal. Nice arrangement. I like the stop in the song. I like the banjo and the fiddle in the background. This song has great lyrics.

A real Folk Song, hauntingly beautiful. The instrumentation is faultless, I have to call it simply delicious - I want to hear it again and then again. The voice is raspy and more than pleasant, as it smoothly sings the words - evocative and haunting too. It is a lovely song, I wish you all the best of luck.

Great start, love the fiddle intro. The song holds your interest. Tortoise & hare = Great
The vocal builds and gets stronger and is song with more conviction as it gets into the depth of the journey. Love the little tinkle of the banjo later on also.
