Story Behind The Song

I was working for government feeling trapped in a cubicle literally being forced to think a certain way about life. One day I met this magic man who inspired me to quit my government job and go into music full time.

Song Description

It's about being forced to live in a box, a confining reality, where there are arbitrary rules and then being there so long, that you actually start buying into all the confining rules about how people should or should not think and behave. After a while, you've been there so long that you're actually helping build the walls that shut out creativity and free thinking (without even realizing it). Then one day, an amazing free spirit comes along, takes your hand, and pulls you out of your cubicle world to freedom (and to love).
