After living on the run, Smokin' Ed was arrested on a federal fugutive warrant and held in the Johnson Country Jail where he wrote Living Behind The Walls Again. This is the only song Smokin' Ed has written without a guitar. He was released from jail on a signature bond. Smokin' Ed was granted a full pardon in 1993.
