Lyrics

Baby just pray for me there's nothing more you can do
Don't you cry for me I know I'm coming home to you

It's not your fault it's my choice
Just hear the strength in my voice
There's nothing more you can do
I just hope you know I'm coming home to you

The fallen ones remain the ashes of our past the ashes of forever
They're yours and mine alone a love that stands forever your letters from a soldier

The numbing pain inside me I think that soon I'll be free
You said that you'd cry if I'm gone but baby it"s hard to hold on

Still know that this was my choice
The strength is fading from my voice
There's nothing more you can do
I just hope you know I'll always love you

The fallen ones remain the ashes of our past the ashes of forever
They're yours and mine alone a love that stands forever your letters from a soldier

Oh baby it's strange to see these old memories come before me
I see the friends that I've lost the brothers that died while we fought
I don't wanna die alone tonight I wish that I could see you
If these are my last words then listen to my voice

It's not your fault it's my choice
Just hear the strength in my voice
I hear your prayers they're getting through
I just hope you know I'll always love

Letters from, letters from, letters from a soldier
Letters from, letters from. letters from a soldier
(Repeats until the end of the song)

The fallen ones remain the ashes of our past the ashes of forever
They're yours and mine alone a love that stands forever your letters from a soldier

The fallen ones remain the ashes of our past the ashes of forever
They're yours and mine alone a love that stands forever your letters from a soldier

The fallen ones remain the ashes of our past the ashes of forever
They're yours and mine alone a love that stands forever your letters from a soldier

If these are my last words then listen to my voice
Your letters from a soldier
