Story Behind The Song
The original Keen of the Avatars, so named because of the haunting female choir used throughout the original track, never quite made it to completion. However, it did spawn this techno-flavored remix. It could easily be a club track if not for its 7/4 time signature, making it hard to dance to unless one were to grow an extra leg. The frenetic pace of the song lends itself to a much different theme than originally envisioned, focusing more on the transient nature of energy as it relates to human mortality.
