Story Behind The Song
"After Midnight for trombone and piano" was first conceived on 29th November 2010. Being the accompanist for the trombone studio at the conservatory where I work, I had always wanted to write something for the trombone. It was after playing two lovely trombone and piano pieces, "Daybreak" and "Sunset", by Italian trombonist-composer, Nicola FERRO, that I had the idea to write this piece.

"After Midnight" is a relaxing jazz-inspired piece, depicting a smoky jazz lounge where people were feeling drunk and sleepy.
