Story Behind The Song

When I first became a recording artist I found it difficult to find myself as a performing artist. I had spent many years helping others develop their sound and had not focused on my own craft. My very first release was never even mentioned, while my second came to great acclaim locally. However, I let too much time pass and when I released my third album, my fans rallied in support but the press wasn't so accepting. Then came this song here, "they said I feel through the cracks" is how it opens. It finishes with a new man standing with and behind his craft, despite all obstacles.
