Things like oceans, and extremes, are very hard to visualize it seems.
Yet often times we find them in our dreams.
In the meadow by the sea, where life's alone and far away from me.
I lie awake and suddenly, the scene is down, I'm far from town.
The moon is full...I'm alone.
But inside me there's a crystal sea, a ship that's far from it's home.

On the outside of my room, this day's world has reached late afternoon.
I lie alone and wonder like I always do.
Like I always knew, the earth and sky pass away.
And inside me there's a crystal sea that lives past the death of my day.

When it's over, I come down and stare at broken pieces on the ground.
Like a window breaks and never makes a sound.
