Lyrics

The snow is falling out here on the road
I turn on my windshield wipers to clear away the snow

I wish you a Merry Christmas from out here on the road
I wish you a Merry Christmas and a safe trip back home.

I think of Jesus out here on the road
How there was no room, no place to call his home.

Jingle, Jingle, Jingle the bells they toll, they toll, But Jesus is the greatest gift of all.

There's an old veteran with an old tin cup
He begs for a living, he doesn't ask for much. He fought for his country, but he lost his home. He said, I wish you a Merry Christmas God bless his soul.

Jingle, Jingle, Jingle the bells they toll, they toll, But Jesus is the greatest gift of all.

He said - Jingle, Jingle, Jingle the bells they toll, they toll, But Jesus is the greatest gift of all.

the idea is good, as well as the pace of the song. Lyrics are fine.

Aside from not being a big fan of pro America Christian music I feel that this is a very well made song. I really enjoy the Tom Waittsesque vocals, which give it a nice mellow feel though part of me wants to hear what it would sound like if you used more of a wailer. I really think that even if you just used the instrumental tracks this song can sell. That band is tight and tasty!

ok i see where you are going with this song. a message from a driver on the road, because you see everything on the road. like the background guitar. good words that let you see the images as he speaks them. also story line is good.

Good storytelling. Reminds me of Dylan mixed with a little Springsteen stylistically. Like the instrumentation and arrangement.

It's a nice Christmas song that is different. I thought it was a very nice message.

This song has a good message and a good melody. Well done
