We're Not Alone

Story Behind The Song

When I wrote this song, I thought that it would be played in a jazz style. It sounds good in any style but I believe the jazz style suits it best.

Song Description

This is a jazzy and short song with a full sax. solo. This was recorded a long time ago. This was one of my first recordings of an original work. Miguel is using his tenor on this one...now he's mainly an alto player.

Lyrics

Chorus:
We?re not alone, we?re two (too) in love. We?re not alone, we?re so in love.
We?re not alone, ?cause we?ve got each other. With love we?re not alone.

Verse 1:
We will never see the day when loneliness comes our way
I?m here forever more, you?re the one that I adore.
Many years from now you will see. I?ll be there with love times three
The years we?ve shared have shown that with love we?re not alone.

Bridge:
We will share the moments of each day. You?ll be there to hear me when I say.
That I love you in a way that?s so hard to say
But you?ll know exactly what I feel inside.
