Original created for the movie "American Pie 4", this song was written, recorded, mixed and mastered in 3 days to meet the supervisor's deadline. Then they decided to score the scene instead, so the song was never used in the movie, but it did win the 2004 Great American Song Contest. There's even a movie about the making of this song! Song Description
It's been so long since I've been a 15 year old girl - in love - so I had to go with personal experience. (ya that was a joke). This song hits the relationship timeline right at the start when it may not even turn into a relationship. The girl is confused about this guy who never says quite enough to convince her he's into it. Musically, it's a combo rock ballad / pop tune.
