Story Behind The Song
I´d had the chord progression whirling around in my head for weeks, but I couldn´t think of lyrics or a melody to go with them. Then I rediscovered some old lyrics I´d written for another unfinished song, put them together and they fit perfectly. At first I was just going to record it using one acoustic, vocal and a harmonica - very stripped down and sparse, but I felt it needed a more uplifting feel, so I added the percussion and the Spanish guitars.
