A month prior to writing and recording "My Love", I got married and moved to a big house in Atlanta, Ga. This is my first love song but, not my last.
Song Description
This song contains a boyz II men sounding 3 part harmony that adds a loving vibe. The 1st verse is rapped and sounds similar to Drake or Fabulous. The 2nd verse is sung and sounds similar to R. Kelly or T-pain. Halfway through the second verse, the singers voice increases one octave and Autotune is added. The continuous bongos combined with the lead guitar keeps the track from "dragging." The intricate piano chords add a certain confidence to the overall sound.
