Story Behind The Song
I wrote this song shortly before my Uncle committed suicide.
He said he really liked it.
the chords are moody.
It spoke to me.
It's joyful & full of mystery & existential pain at the same time.
The song is hard to listen to because i think about that instance alot...but this is everyones FAVORITE song on my album....it is also the one i am best performing at, and also end my concerts with it.
It makes everyone STOP, and STARE.
Song Description
It reminds me of an 80's roller rink,
but the beat is alot more modern & less anologue.
This song is a trancy, pop beat.
Inspired by my fight and battle to be myself, and be my own best friend, and not be afraid to, infront of a cold cold world. This song was written and recorded the week before my uncle killed himself, and i feel it has a deep space in my heart, and a meaning to it.

Lyrics
This song has a Daft Punk feel to it.
A song that could play while walking alone in New York City. About being different, Not being embarassed to be yourself, and being alone,
YOU'RE OWN BEST FRIEND.
Bridge-Chorus:
I'll be Dancin' Alone x4
I'll Be Dancin' Alone And i Like it...
I'll Be Dancin' Alone i'm excited...
Cause when i fly, i got high like a pilot..
I got the moves, got the moves, i can't fight it...
X2
Verse 1:
Praise the Music, Screw the Politics
There's bad people, bad vibes, i know where the truth sits
So i Won't let you choose the color of my lipstick
(uh)
And i don't wanna be apart of this no more,
I've been doing what i want on the dance floor,
I don't care if i appeal,
I only want what is real,
I stand out, stand alone in 50 inch heels
BRIDGE- CHORUS
Verse 2
You Fear the Woman, that you don't understand,
too outrageous it's contagious if you hold her hand,
Come on baby darling,
try and be a man,
i'm not one of you,
but can i have this dance?
And i don't care if i don't fit in here no more,
I've been doing it alone on the dance floor,
I'm a one woman band, i walk alone, understand, i'm surviving, stay alive in anyway i can.
BRIDGE-CHORUS
Beat continues and slows down for a dramatic end.
