I was listening to a lot of trip-hop at the time this was written and I wanted to try to do something a little different.
Song Description
This is just a downtempo electronicly produced ballad about love. Well actually, in this case, about love lost. This isn't about current events in my life and I wasn't thinking about anyone in particular when I wrote the song. These are just the words that came to me so I went with it. I prefer not to overly think my lyrics. They seem to flow better when I don't. Anyways, I think everyone has been in that place that this song speaks from.
